Veterans Affairs: Our Lodge sponsors a Annual Veterans Fishing Trip.  We put together a Veterans' Dinner, along with Memorial and Flag Day events...This is done with the tremendous help and effort of our Committee Chairperson, Joel Hembach, along with a great number of volunteers.    Thank You!

Alaska Wounded Veterans Program:    We are proud to support the Wounded veterans of Alaska: 

Americanism:  Some of our members attend the indoctrination of immigrants becoming American Citizens, they give each and every one of the new Americans an American Flag and welcome them to our country and state.

Youth Projects:

Scholarships:  During the year we raise monies for several college scholarships for High School Graduates. 

Summer Camp:  The Lodge helps maintain and run the Alaska State Elks Youth camp, that was located in Sutton, Alaska.  With the help of the other Elks lodges around the State we see to it that boys and girls from all over our wonderful state have the oppertunity to go to summer camp free of charge.  See more at www.alaskastateelks.org


          

                   


Hoop Shoot: This year's Chairperson is Kaye Austin.  She and her volunteers are instrumental in providing a great way for kids to get together, learn about basketball and have fun with their peers.

Lodge Improvements/Building fund: Always a project, for which we need volunteers and donations.  To do the community work we do we must take care of the lodge which is our home.
